At JLifestyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
